Those were my father's words. He passed while incarcerated and I carry them with me every single day.
My name is Taylor Diggs, and I'm the founder of BPrep Services. I built this company because I know my dad wasn't the only one who just needed a hand - not a judgment.
Why BPrep exists
BPrep Services isn't just a staffing agency. We're a second chance.
We serve people who've been counted out - returning citizens, single parents, people trying to get back on their feet after life took a wrong turn. They're ready to work. They're motivated. But the system makes it hard. Background checks, lack of transportation, no support network these barriers keep good people stuck.
So we do things differently.
At BPrep, we offer full-service support: job placement, transportation to work, coaching, training, and mentorship that doesn't stop once someone clocks in. We listen to each person's story - and we walk with them, not ahead of them.

We've proudly partnered with Texas Live!, NTTA, John Peter Smith Hospital, security companies, and warehouse operations across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington. Our candidates show up, perform, and stay - because we prepare them to succeed, not just to start.
We're just getting started.
Our next step is building a workforce warehouse hub right here in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This space will create 100+ jobs for second chance employees and provide real, hands-on training and wraparound support - under one roof.
